Shipping and Returns

Wow Trophies will do its best to adjust the shipping and delivery times indicated at any given time on this website for each country. However, the Buyer accepts that all these shipping times are only an approximate indication that may vary due to the specific circumstances of the volume of the shipment, the place of destination, the circumstances of the company responsible for the transport and delivery (including negligence on the part of the same) as well as any other circumstances beyond Wow Trophies‘ control. No deliveries will be made to post office boxes. The shipping charge is 15,00€ if the order is less than 120€. For orders over 120€ the shipping is FREE. Shipping is insured with the mandatory insurance established by law.

All products that the Buyer considers defective must be returned to our warehouse only with the prior authorization of Wow Trophies, we will pay the shipping costs provided that the customer communicates this circumstance within 48 hours from the date of receipt of shipment. In the case of special orders or pieces engraved or modified for the customer, returns will only be accepted for clear errors in the engraving or for damage caused in transport.
