What do the prices include?

In Wow Trophies we have a policy of last price and CLEAR rates, so the price that you can find in this web or in any Wow Trophies catalog INCLUDES ENGRAVING, VAT and any other extra that the piece shows in its image, laser engravings, cuts, uvi prints, if for not reaching a minimum amount there is any charge for logo design this would be clearly indicated, so the price that Trofeos Martinez indicates is the price to pay, without any extra or surprise when you receive the order.

How can I make a special design?

What do Wow Trophies do with out-of-stock trophies?

Catalog changes force us to put on sale items with limited units or missing in some of its sizes at factory prices, for now orders of this material can only be made directly through our email, in some cases the savings can be up to 60% on the best market price, not all year we have balances available, so it is best to contact us by phone and we will guide you and advise you on the purchase. How long will my order take?

Wow Trophies maintains a permanent stock of almost its entire catalog, except for the trophies that we manufacture to measure, this allows us to give the best delivery time, which for standard orders is usually 48 hours plus transport, however this depends on the time of year, if you have urgency in your order it is best to contact us at +34 644 553 233 for us to confirm the exact lead time depending on the order.

What is the guaranteed minimum price?

If after placing an order on our website you find one of our guaranteed prices cheaper, Wow Trophies is committed to refund you the difference in price. To do so, the guarantee has some conditions that you will surely understand:

  • The offer must be demonstrable, duly evidenced by invoice or quotation within 20 days of our delivery.
  • It must come from a legalized company with headquarters in Spain and must include the name of the owner company, tax identification number, registered office and landline telephone number.
  • That the product is exactly the same, in design, manufacture, qualities and measures, as well as in quantity of units purchased and total amount of the purchase.
  • Prices from liquidation websites, auctions, private clubs, second hand products, stores located outside Europe are not valid.
