Wow Trophies guarantees delivery to the carrier, within the period indicated by the web and calculated according to the stock or manufacturing time, it must be taken into account that may be altered by local or national holidays. And remember, if the chosen payment method is bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until we have bank confirmation of the transfer.

Wow Trophies reserves the right to change the type of shipment and the company through which it is made, regardless of what is stated in these pages, and provided that it does not involve a manifest prejudice to the customer. Under no circumstances will shipments be made to P.O. Boxes.

Spain (Peninsula): Delivery in 24/48 hours in the case of shipments to the Peninsula and 48/72 hours in the case of shipments to the Balearic Islands.

Portugal (Peninsular): Delivery in 24/48 hours.

France: 2/3 working days.

Italy: 3/4 working days.

For Spain, free shipping on orders over 90 Euros (VAT included). For orders below this amount, 8 Euros (VAT included) will be charged as shipping costs.

For Portugal, France and Italy, free shipping on orders over 120 Euros (VAT included). For orders of less than 120 Euros (VAT included), 15 Euros (VAT included) will be charged as shipping costs.
